A residential street several blocks south of Young Park was temporarily closed Monday morning as Las Cruces police investigated a shooting.
According to LCPD, police responded at approximately 3:30 a.m. to a home on the 1900 block of Princess Jeanne Drive where they found a 34-year-old man who had sustained “at least one gunshot wound.”
More details about the active investigation were not immediately available. LCPD said it had yet to identify or locate a suspect and requested that anyone with information about the incident contact the police at 575-0526-0795.
