New Mexico State University Theatre Department’s annual Our annual “Broadway on Stage” has a new name and a new look for 2021.
“Our theme this year is ‘Destination: Broadway,’” said Department Head Wil Kilroy.
It will premiere at 7 p.m. Friday, March 19, and will be available within a 24-hour window to stream throughout the weekend for $25. Visit http://our.show/new-mexico-state-university/53736 for tickets.
The production is “a musical celebration of places we wish we could have gone in 2020 and hope we get to go in 2021. The show will take us virtually around the globe to locations such as Paris, Ireland, the Midwest, California and, of course, theatre’s iconic New York City,” Kilroy said.
The fundraiser will benefit NMSU theatre students, supporting guest artists and scholarships for students to travel to theatre events.
