Attendees filled Main Street in downtown Las Cruces during National Night Out on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026. The annual community-building event brought residents together with first responders and service organizations throughout downtown, with participating agencies and organizations offering information, activities and giveaways. This year’s Las Cruces event was moved from its traditional August date to October primarily to avoid the summer heat.
National Night Out was held along Main Street and at Plaza de Las Cruces.
