The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will host its last scheduled public meeting Wednesday, Sept. 2, to hear from community members and accept feedback on the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for the proposed Holtec HI-STORE Consolidated Interim Storage Facility in Carlsbad.
