Harvest Wine Festival is Sept. 2-4 at fairgrounds

The Harvest Wine Festival is noon-6 p.m. Saturday-Monday, Sept. 2-4, at the Southern New Mexico Fairgrounds, 12125 Robert Larson Blvd., about 13.5 miles west of downtown Las Cruces.

Tickets are $10-$60 and are available at holdmyticket.com/event/414413 and at the gate.

The festival will include more than 200 wines from 18 New Mexico wineries, a dozen or so food trucks and food vendors, more than 30 arts and crafts vendors and live music. Events will include grape stomping, mini golf, candle-making and painting classes, New Mexico Wine said in a news release.

Participating wineries include Ponderosa Valley Vineyards, Jaramillo Vineyards, L. H. Lescombes, Noisy Water Winery, Rio Grande Winery, Sheehan Winery, St. Clair Winery, Tularosa Vineyards, Black’s Smuggler, Luna Rossa Winery, Amaro Winery, Heart of the Desert Pistachios and Winery, Jaramillo Vineyards, Soleil Mimosa, La Esperanza Vineyard and Winery and SV.

Participating food vendors include Acosta Farms, Chubby’s, Dawg House, Deep South BBQ, Green chile Paddywagon, Kashos Korn, Luchador, Mayfield Band Parents Association, Osito’s Biscochitos and Triple J Kettle Corn/Ava’s Funnel Cakes.

Artisan Market vendors include cards, candles, gifts, oils and vinegars, clothing, clay, tea, art and wine accessories.
