The Casa Auto Group has acquired Borman Autoplex, effective Sept. 20.
The dealership, at 470 W. Boutz Road, will be called Casa Autoplex, and include Hyundai, Honda, Ford and Mazda vehicles.
Casa president Justin Lowenfield, CEO Ronnie Lowenfield and vice president Luke Lowenfield were in Las Cruces Thursday, Sept. 21, to throw a welcome luncheon for the employees of the dealership and meet the staff and teams.
The Lowenfields are the third-generation principals of El Paso-based Casa Auto Group, which was formed in 1969. They own seven dealerships in El Paso and four in Alamogordo.
