The Sun, traveling through Libra this month, moves us all to consider the issues of balance and harmony, until the 23rd when it enters Scorpio and "truth" becomes the pressing issue of the day. Libra energy appears on the surface to be about the desire to move ourselves in whatever direction will achieve harmony. The higher calling of Libra requires us to know where we stand and be strong there. We can create a higher order by being in health and centered there. Then, we can invite others to rise up and join us in better places. The full moon in Aries on the 6th activates us into the sense of courage we all need to pursue our happiness. The new moon on 22nd in Libra turns us toward our fellow man to extend an open hand and reveal ourselves in strength and harmony.
Mercury enters Scorpio on the 2nd, so don't be too surprised to hear deeper words from the mouths of others. This planet of communication and thought processes turns retrograde on the 28th and will remain so until mid-November. These are the times when self-reflection bears great fruit. By tuning in and being still we can make great progress toward our goals. Venus travels through Libra until the 24th, when it enters Scorpio. What is worth the sacrifice of self?
